Return & Refund Policy

All Fuego Surf Shop products are made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns. However, we're happy to offer exchanges in certain situations.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item (for example, a different size), please contact us within 14 days of delivery at melissa@fuegosurfshop.com with your order number. Please note that exchange requests are subject to approval, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at melissa@fuegosurfshop.com. Include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Wrong Address We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.
